The Exchange Command

Usage:
	Subject: [GameID] Exchange x
	Letters: Tile1 Tile2 ...

Description:
The Exchange command is used to exchange letters. It is in
essence the same thing as sending a Draw command followed
immediately by a Return command. Similarly to the Return
command, it is specified in the Subject along with the number
of letters being exchanged, while the letters themselves are
entered in the BODY of the email, preceded by the keyword
"Letters: ". They are listed as individual letters separated
by spaces or commas (actually you can use any combination of
	space, comma, semicolon, or tab).

The number of letters you list must match the number in the
	Subject.

This command requires that a Game ID be found somewhere in the
	Subject line.

Example:
	To: scrabble-master@hekman.net
	From: someone@somewhere.com
	Subject: [EN99-012-34567] Exchange 4

	Letters: I W I N
